A healthy and balanced diet, the removal, at least temporarily, of certain foods that disturb the intestinal flora and overload the liver and kidneys and the consumption of fruits and vegetables allow the body to eliminate toxins and waste products. This is the principle of a detox cure: a real boost to get back in shape, to feel less tired and bloated.

Day 1

A detox is not intended to help you lose weight, although it can help you lose weight.

For each menu: green tea is consumed without sugar, but you can add lemon juice or spices (cinnamon, turmeric, ginger, etc.) like chai tea. You can also opt for lukewarm water and lemon juice if you don’t like green tea.

Throughout the day, you can consume infusions (cherry stems, dandelion, poppy, artichoke…), rooibos or even chicory. For snacks, prefer a handful of dried fruit, nuts or fruit.

For cooking, prefer vegetable oils (like olive oil).

Vegetable and coral lentil soup and rice noodles

Day 2

1 detox juice (cucumber, pear, lemon and grape)

Oatmeal porridge with almond milk

Tuna, corn, cucumber and avocado salad

Salad From Red Cabbage

1 portion of white meat (chicken breast, turkey cutlet…) and pan-fried beans and carrots

Day 3

Breakfast

Green tea

1 kiwi

Cereal bars with oatmeal, figs and lemon

Lunch

Mixed salad (shredded chicken, quinoa with cooked vegetables, raw cherry tomatoes)

Having dinner

Fillet of white fish and leek and potato fondue

Day 4

Breakfast

1 detox smoothie pineapple, mango, turmeric

Porridge oatmeal, oat milk and banana

Lunch

Grated carrot salad with cumin

Sardines with parsley and mashed sweet potatoes

Having dinner

Salad of parsley beets, black radish and lamb’s lettuce

Boiled eggs and slice of wholemeal bread

Day 5

Breakfast

1 banana

2 slices of wholemeal bread with mashed nuts (hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, etc.)

Lunch

Detox wrap (Corn tortillas topped with shredded carrots, shredded red cabbage, shredded celeriac, shredded black radish, red beans, red onion and crushed avocado. For the sauce: a little olive oil, sesame puree, mustard and spices according to your taste)

Having dinner

Veal cutlet and bulgur with tomato and zucchini

Day 6

Breakfast

Green tea

Banana, kiwi, avocado and chia seed smoothie

Fruit salad (blackberries, blueberries, hazelnuts, walnuts)

Lunch

Green salad with walnuts

Vegetarian minced steak and mashed potato and celery with nutmeg

Having dinner

Detox couscous (quinoa, onion, ginger, coriander, cumin, carrots, chickpeas, crushed tomatoes, turnip, zucchini)

Day 7

Breakfast

Lemon green tea

Grape

Pancake (without wheat flour or milk)

Lunch

Tomato salad with basil and olive oil

Omelet with herbs and mushrooms

1 slice of wholemeal bread

Having dinner
